Leaseholders over the years have grown to be a vital part of the Bonita Park community. Not only are they terrific residents but, they also provide many helping hands when needed. Great numbers of Bonita Park’s leaseholders financially support the ministry and volunteer countless hours of their valuable time serving in the dining hall and any other place on the grounds they are needed. A portion of Bonita Park's property has been zoned for private cabin leases of 25 or 99 years to members of the Church of the Nazarene in good standing.
