Leaseholders
Leaseholders over the years have grown to be a vital part of the Bonita Park community. Not only are they terrific residents but, they also provide many helping hands when needed. Great numbers of Bonita Park’s leaseholders financially support the ministry and volunteer countless hours of their valuable time serving in the dining hall and any other place on the grounds they are needed. Become A Leaseholder
A portion of Bonita Park's property has been zoned for private cabin leases of 25 or 99 years to members of the Church of the Nazarene in good standing.

To purchase a lease on the lower camp, you must be a member in good standing of a Nazarene Church on the New Mexico District or a contiguous District. To purchase a lease in Eagle Nest, you must be a member in good standing of any Nazarene Church.
