Leaseholders over the years have grown to be a vital part of the Bonita Park community. Not only are they terrific residents but, they also provide many helping hands when needed. Great numbers of Bonita Park’s leaseholders financially support the ministry and volunteer countless hours of their valuable time serving in the dining hall and any other place on the  grounds they are needed. Thank you! If you are a leaseholder and would like to be more involved in volunteer opportunities at Bonita Park,

Monthly Maintenance Fee

This fee helps defray the costs associated with leaseholder related expenses such as roads, water lines and snow removal. Bonita Park Staff is responsible for this maintenance.

Monthly Water/Sewage Fee

Part Time Residents

The monthly water/sewage fees help to defray the costs associated with water usage such as well monitoring and testing, wastewater plant maintenance and lab work.

Monthly Water/Sewage Fee

Full Time Residents

Same as above

Lease Renewal Fee

$40.00/years used

If you are purchasing a lease from a prior lessee, you will pay $40 per year times the number of years the prior lessee owned the latest lease on that property—for example $40 x 10 years used  = $400.00

First Time Water Connection Fee

$1,000.00/new connection

This fee goes toward the cost of laying new water lines and making connections to new lots which have never had a water connection

+ Leaseholders are responsible for all costs generated for interior utilities such as electric, internet, natural gas or propane. The fees listed above may vary or, there may be other fees associated with the cost of purchasing/leasing property at
