Our guest services team will work with you beginning on day one - from finding the correct date, to coordinating activities during your group's free time.

ONCE YOUR DATE IS PICKED
- WHAT'S NEXT?

After you work with a member of our guest services team to set your date and minimum number, we will send you a contract!

Once the contract has been sent, you will have 30 days to review the information, sign the contract and return it to Bonita Park with a deposit. The deposit is $10.00 per person. (For example, if your minimum number is 50 the deposit is $500.00) Once we have received your signed contract and deposit, your reservation is guaranteed.

Our guest services team will contact you closer to your retreat date to work out the details such as your agenda, audio equipment rentals, activities and other particulars!
