DID YOU KNOW?

...Each lot has a 911 compliant physical address that has been established by the county. However, you cannot receive mail at this address.

...If you have an emergency and you dial 911, you still need to contact the camp office at 575-336-4404. This allows us to help the emergency vehicles locate your home immediately.

...Bonita Park does not handle maintenance needs on individual cabins. You will need to make other arrangements in order for your water to be turned on or to have small maintenance needs taken care of.

...Each time you come on the campgrounds, you need to check in at the Camp Office. This allows us to know who is on the campgrounds in case of an emergency.

...That guests need to check in at the office. Any guest staying in your cabin will need to abide by the policies of the campgrounds and receive a vehicle tag to place in their vehicle.

...If your heirs are not members in good standing of a Nazarene church, now is the time to decide what to do with your cabin. Two of your options include: selling your cabin or donating your cabin to Bonita Park.

...Leaseholders cannot sub-lease their cabins. Guests are allowed to stay in your cabin as long as their stay does not exceed two weeks. Any sub-leasing or rentals will need to go through the Leaseholder Committee and Camp Board for final approval.

...Bonita Park Activities are not always available for use when you’re here. Please contact the camp office if interested in using Bonita Park Activities. We open activities based on our group’s needs.

...The dumpsters behind Pie Palace are for Leaseholders. You pay for these dumpsters through Lincoln County Solid Waste Management. The dumpsters behind the pool building and next to the gym are not for leaseholder use.

…Pine needles need to be placed on the left side of the road past Plunkett Hall. This is the designated place for pine needles (not in a bag) and limbs (no longer than 3 feet). Please do not dump any construction material or debris at this location.

LEASEHOLDERS

Leaseholders over the years have grown to be a vital part of the Bonita Park community.  Not only are they terrific residents but, they also provide many helping hands when needed.  Great numbers of Bonita Park’s leaseholders financially support the ministry and volunteer countless hours of their valuable time serving in the dining hall and any other place on the

grounds they are needed.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  If you are a leaseholder and would like to be more involved in volunteer opportunities at Bonita Park, CLICK HERE.

In addition, another significant impact leaseholders have had on the ministry of Bonita

Park has been the donation of their cabins through the years. Thank you does not even begin to say enough - God has used your gifts in infinite ways.  If you have found your “mountain mansion” to be a hassle rather than a joy, Bonita Park can benefit from the donation of your cabin should you choose not to sell it. The Camp Board  makes  decisions to keep  or  sell  cabins

donated based on the camp’s needs.  All revenue generated from the sell of cabins donated is applied to outstanding debt. For more information on donating your cabin, please contact the office at 575-336-4404 or email info at bonitapark dot com.

ANNUAL MEETING

The annual Homeowner’s meeting is held after the evening service on Friday during Family Camp each year.  All leaseholders are invited to get a piece of pie and a beverage and bring it to the meeting with them.  General updates, elections for open positions on the Leaseholder Committee and fellowship are a part of this spirited meeting.  Please plan to attend each year.  There is one vote per lease on each issue requiring a vote.
